Beverly Hills Expansion

Outdated Beverly Hills House Redesigned For A Family of Five

This outdated Beverly Hills kitchen and laundry was redesigned to expand the space and better serve a family of five.  By reimagining the kitchen and surrounding area floor plan, they could now accommodate a larger kitchen, a new boys’ bathroom, and expanded room entrance.  The redesign also creates an open flow between the living room, dining room and kitchen.

The owner, a serious cook, wanted the kitchen to feel open and clean by carefully maximizing usage of the limited space.  Although on a tight budget, a Wolf range top and hood were essential.  Design elements, like contrasting colors on the quartz counter and island tops, created interest.  Practical accessories, like a pullout broom cabinet, added convenience.   A small island expanded the counter surfaces and allowed seating.  The laundry area, tucked behind pocket doors, blended with the kitchen cabinetry.

As a final bonus, the remodel  also added an essential additional bathroom for the family’s three boys.
